My Dealeo Returns Terms and Conditions
Welcome to My Dealeo’s Returns Terms and Conditions. These terms outline the procedures and conditions for returning products purchased from our website. By making a purchase from My Dealeo, you agree to abide by these Returns Terms and Conditions.
- Eligibility 1.1. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. 1.2. Returns must be initiated within 28 days of the purchase date. After this period, we reserve the right to refuse the return. 1.3. Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, including but not limited to certain personal care items and intimate apparel. Please check the product description before initiating a return.
- Return Process 2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@mydealeo.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 2.2. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package you are returning. 2.3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, and include any accessories or documentation that came with the product. 2.4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. 2.5. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. My Dealeo is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
- Inspection and Refunds 3.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 3.2. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 14 days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or credit card issuer. 3.3. If your return is rejected, we will provide you with an explanation and offer to return the item to you at your expense.
- Exchanges 4.1. We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return following the process outlined in Section 2 and place a new order for the desired item.
- Damaged or Defective Items 5.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including arranging for a replacement or issuing a refund.
- Modifications 6.1. My Dealeo reserves the right to modify or update these Returns Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
